For “personal touch” cases, the customer is greeted by a host, the host gets info from the customer, like the goal of the visit or specific questions, the host either prints out a ticket or registers a virtual ticket with the ability to pass additional info to their colleague. The customer waits for the call, receiving information either on signage screens, or being called personally by your staff.

Ideal for: bank branches, private clinics.
Perfectly combined with other journeys, e. g. booking.
