Accessibility

Accessibility is and always has been very important to us. We take great pride in the amount of attention we pay to this topic, and thankful to all parties involved in helping us improve.

• Our fonts and colors are tested against people with all sorts of vision disorders
• Our kiosks are wheelchair accessible and accessible to people with low vision and for people who cannot see completely, see our “Portal” page, Moon I page
• Our system provides audio navigation options: sound from Signage TVs or loudspeakers announcing where to go, ticking sound from the operator desks using 10” teller displays, or separate speakers on tellers’ desks
• Our displays are bright and have wide angle view
• Our animations are kept to a minimum
• Kiosks have a dark theme switch and other accessibility options
• Booking page is optimized for screen readers and is zoomable
• Mobile application has support for screen readers and is regularly tested against them
• Etc.

With this, we can not only say that we are compliant with European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882), but also have created something special here, going way beyond what is required.
