Security

Security is especially important in today’s world; we spend a lot of time and resources trying to be as secure as possible.

We are constantly updating our cloud services, operating systems and software components.

Data like customer emails (needed for booking) is obfuscated after it is not needed any more, and this includes backups.

Devices on your premises never “listen” to any connections from the network, hardware is updated, it never connects to servers outside of defined region (EU for majority of our customers), they do not collect data etc.

Our devices are made in EU, and components that touch ethernet, USB, or compute cannot come from sanctioned countries. Devices are Linux-based and are regularly updated.

VPN or IPSec tunneling options are possible.
