For modern users: QR-flow allows to take a ticket by scanning a QR code. Devices, like kiosks and signage screens are completely optional, the customer receives all the information on their smartphone.
This flow has two options: a link to a service center, or a link to a specific service. Link to the service center will open a page that has all the services from the kiosk, and the service link will take a ticket to a specific service, you can choose which one to use, up to you. Or combine.
When you take a ticket via QR, your ticket number is shown on your phone and how many people are in front of you. When you are called, you will be notified on your phone (as well as regular notification in Service Center).
The QR link works without installing an app, itβs just as a link.
These pages are also already optimized for accessibility.
