For people with hearing impairments
People with hearing impairments should not have issues using the kiosk, but the ticket call moment can be tricky. For this reason, the screens are completely covered with the ticket information, when the ticket is called, not just a number flashing in the corner. Mobile device usage options also provide vibration feedback, when used.
