Op uw terrein
The truck driver enters your territory using a QR code, number plate recognition, mobile app or any other means of identification at the gate, documents may be verified here.
Scales, lab samples and other checks are performed. A photo of the truck is taken for forensic purposes.
As all is done electronically, papers are not needed at this stage, without waiting for results, the driver is navigated to a waiting area on your premises using either outdoor signage screens, push notifications or any other means.
Further instructions are provided to the driver remotely, and when it is time to load/unload, the driver is directed to the specific loading place.
Operators, as a rule, only have one button “call next”, dispatchers can change the flow remotely, to handle extraordinary situations.
An overview of the whole situation is always available for management as a table, or as a map representation.
Of course, we understand that every case is somewhat unique, but these building blocks can be put in place in every which way to optimize all sorts of complicated processes with any number of integrated systems.
