Kioskless flow

Best for: small customer flows and booking only flows.

Sometimes it does not make sense to set up a kiosk, but handling the queue does, for these cases we have kioskless flow.

How does it work?


Your customer books a ticket in advance.

Customer receives a code via email or SMS.

When it is their time, they are called either on a screen or by you manually.

Virtual ticket

A customer comes in.

You create a virtual ticket and either serve the customer immediately or call them when ready on a screen or manually.


A customer comes in.

You create and print out a ticket on your device and hand the ticket to the customer.

When ready, you call the customer, either on screen or manually.

Live queue and booking options can be used independently or together, your choice.
